Fiberglass mesh tape for drywall Joint is a kind of woven fiberglass alkali-resistant netlikefabric that has been coated with adhesive and cut into the required sizes. It is widely used for reinforcing wall surfaces in buildings, and is an ideal material for preventing wall cracks.
Use fiberglass mesh tape on joints where two tapered edges come together. It is easier to use and it prevents air bubbles. Start at one end and stick the tape in place evenly across the joint along its length.
